What, that little ol' thing? Oh, that's just something 'Jumper lugs around in his trunk for when he needs it.
IRL, I borrowed it from a Gelgoog Char Custom from the Gundam Arch Rival line that came out a few years ago. It's basically a glorified MSiA figure in 1/100 scale.
